FSB Pump Description:
FSB fluoroplastics centrifugal pump is referred to as "FSB fluorine lined centrifugal pump" and is designed according to international standards. The pump body is lined with metal shell and poly perfluoroethylene propylene (F46). The pump cover, impeller and shaft sleeve are all made of metal insert and wrapped with fluoroplastics. The shaft seal is made of external bellows mechanical seal. The static ring is made of 99% alumina ceramic or silicon nitride. The dynamic ring is made of tetrafluoroethylene filling material, which is corrosion-resistant and resistant Grinding.
FSB fluoroplastics centrifugal pump is widely used in: pickling and painting process in automobile manufacturing; electrolyte transfer in non-ferrous metal smelting; chlorine water, wastewater treatment and acid addition process in ion-exchange membrane caustic soda project. It is one of the most important corrosion-resistant equipments at present. It is suitable for conveying any concentration of sulfuric acid, hydrofluoric acid, hydrochloric acid, acetic acid, nitric acid, aqua regia, strong alkali, strong oxidant, organic solvent, reducing agent and other harsh conditions.
FSB and fsb-d fluoroplastic centrifugal pumps are all made of fluoroplastic alloy with compact structure, simple operation and low price. The two types of pump case, impeller and mechanical seal can be used interchangeably, which are very popular in pesticide, electronics, papermaking and other industries.
