ZJL series desulfurization pump is vertical, single-stage, single-suction axial-suction pumps upheld by support or hanging bracket.The waterpower design, structure design and cast material of this series pumps use and innovate strong point in the world.They are high efficiency, anti-corrosive, low noise, high run, long use life and convenient for servicing.They can be widely used to transport limestone or plaster serosity for power, artifical aluminium and artifical petrol industries.The highest content of Chlorin Hydronium in serosity can be up to 60000ppm.The PH value can be within 2.5-13, the temperature are lower than 65℃, and the weight consistency(Cw) can be up to 60%.

Structure Features: 

1) This series pumps are single-body and vertical structure, all the flow parts are anti-corrosive chromenickel alloy

2) The standard structure of pump type have two kinds: common structure with one shaft:and strengthen structure with two shafts

3) The bearing lubrication use Molybdenum bisulfide grease 2# or 3#

4) The shaft seal of pumps uses mechanical seal without water flushing.It can prevent the slurry leak and protect the bearing.
