General Description:

PN-type mud pump is single stage, single suction, and horizontal centrifugal slurry pump.

PN-type slurry pump (PNL-type slurry pump) can be vertical or inclined to use, small footprint, be buried in the working medium scroll work, easy mud pump parts to start, without water, from the direction of motor rotation is a clockwise direction to see the work of the tail.

 

Application :


* PN-type slurry pump (PNL-type slurry pump) is mainly used for river mud, feces, river water, sending smoke poured slurry feed, but also for easy movement of fire pump.
* Can also be used for municipal, chemical, printing and dyeing, pharmaceutical, foundry, food and other industries pumping thick fluids, foul liquid, pasty body, stream flow of sand and urban river sludge.
* PN-type mud pump (PNL-type slurry pump) also can be used to exclude containing mud and small gravel fluid.

 

Features:

1. The pump flow passage component adopted with wear-resistant alloy material.
2. The space between the impeller and back plate can be adjusted in time to maintain its effectiveness.
3. The impeller adopts screw joint for the discharge diameter is below 6-inch, for the pumps with the discharge diameter above 8-inch use key joint.
4. Shaft seal use packing seal;Seal water with the working pressure is higher than 1kg/cm2 should be injected while working.
5. The pump has simple structure, reliable operation, easy maintenance, long service life etc. characters. It is suitable to transport liquid and solid in mine.
