Product Description

Horizontal, radially split volute casing pump in back pull-out design, with impeller adapted to meet application requirements, single-flow, single-stage. High efficiency, non-plugging, back dismantle, convenient border efficient to be maintained and reconditioned, Multiple choices for impeller(Type K’s impeller is enclosed, non-plugging and main suitable for delivering domestic sewage. The impeller of type N is enclosed, Multi-blade and suitable for delivering clear water. The impeller of type O is open. The impeller of type F is free stream), dual application of vertical or horizontal.

Impeller
BDKWPK pumps are supplied with four kinds of impeller for suction.

K impeller— Closed non-clogging impeller
With Wide flow channel, For clear water, sewage, sewage mud and medium containing solid.
N impeller— Closed multi-vane impeller.
For clear water, Pulp, sugar juice, oil wastewater and media containing solid suspension.
O impeller— Open impeller.
Same application as N impeller but also including fluids containing gas.
F impeller­— Free flow impeller.
For handle large and long solids.(such as long fiber, sticky particles, paper pulp , rubber balls and so on)and fluids containing air.

Shaft seals
There are three types of shaft seals for BDKWPK pumps:
Packing seal
High temperature packing seal
Mechanical seal

Features:
Reinforced, axially adjustable bearing assembly on all pumps
Shaft seal: Mechanical seal integrated into the casing cover, or gland packing
Even cast iron pumps are supplied with pump internals (impeller and wear plate) made of wear-resistant hard metal
