Selection and installation of slurry pumps
The liquid conveyed slurry should be selected, and the need to check the performance of the analysis suction discharge condition is intermittent or continuous operation and the like. Slurry should normally be at or near the manufacturer designed to run under a specified pressure and flow conditions. Slurry should be installed the following review:
1 Basic size, location, elevation should meet the design requirements, anchor bolts must be properly and correctly secured in the concrete foundation, the machine should not have missing parts, damage or corrosion, etc.;
2 According to the characteristics of the transmission medium slurry, slurry pump manufacturer if necessary, should check the main parts, the shaft seals and gasket materials;
3 Slurry leveling, alignment work equipment shall comply with the technical documentation, if not specified, shall conform to the current state “of machinery and equipment for construction and acceptance of universal norms” of the required standard;
4 All the slurry pipe body connection, installation and cleaning oil pipeline fittings shall comply with the requirements of the relevant national standards.
